Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we'll notify you of any significant changes.
Services We Provide
NextSpan South Gate Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, and related services. We'll do our best to complete your project on time and to your satisfaction.
All services are subject to a written estimate or contract. The scope of work, timeline, and pricing will be clearly outlined before we begin any project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or estimate. For most projects, we require a deposit before starting work. Final payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to charge late fees and may suspend or terminate services until the account is brought current.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Changes to the scope of work after a project has started may result in additional charges. We'll provide you with an updated estimate before proceeding with any changes.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work areas on your property. Please inform us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special considerations before we begin work.
We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden items that weren't clearly marked or disclosed to us before starting work.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on certain services and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement.
Plant warranties are subject to proper care and maintenance by you. We're not responsible for plant failure due to weather conditions, improper watering, pest damage, or other factors beyond our control.
Liability Limitations
We carry proper insurance and take precautions to protect your property. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We're not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.
Weather and Delays
Sometimes weather or unforeseen circumstances can delay our work. We'll communicate with you about any delays and reschedule as soon as possible. We're not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. Most problems can be solved through open communication. Any disputes that can't be resolved will be handled according to California law.
